Each Pack’s product page displays the probability of each outcome group prior to purchase. Odds are expressed as percentages and apply to each individual Pack opening, independently of the results of any previous openings by you or by other users. Open a pack from the Packs section to see its exact odds table.
Where the Platform displays live inventory-based odds, these reflect the current state of the card pool and may vary over time as Items are pulled and restocked. The odds displayed at the moment you open a Pack are the odds that apply to that opening.
The outcome is generated server-side and recorded in our transaction logs before the reveal animation is shown. The on-screen animation is purely cosmetic and has no influence on the result, which is fixed the instant the Pack is opened. On request, we will confirm the recorded outcome of any specific opening on your account.

Every Pack always contains a real, physical Item of genuine market value — there is no possibility of receiving nothing. The market value of the Item you receive may be lower or higher than the price paid for the Pack. QuazaPacks is a retail sale of physical collectibles with a randomized allocation mechanic; it is not a lottery, betting, or gaming service, and Credits can never be converted into cash.
