Request a Withdrawal

Withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days, where the right of withdrawal applies. See Section 10 of our Terms of Sale.

This applies to Packs you haven’t opened yet and to Credits you haven’t spent yet. For Credits bought after you accepted immediate crediting in the confirmation shown before opening a Pack, the right ends once they are added, provided we have confirmed your acceptance to you by email (Section 10.1). Once a Pack is opened, the pull is final. You agreed to that separately before opening. Physical Items already delivered follow the return process in Section 10.3 of our Terms instead.

This opens your email client with the notice pre-filled, addressed to quazacards0@gmail.com. Nothing is charged or cancelled until we confirm receipt and, where the right of withdrawal applies, process the refund to your original payment method.
